Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, you are entitled to request a refund or exchange.
In the case of refunds, you will have to return the item to the Amber Centre within 14 working days of delivery.
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the item is returned unworn, undamaged, and in new condition. Body piercing jewellery is dispatched in a clear plastic bag, sealed with a tamper-proof label allowing the customers to view the item and still use the return policy. We are unable to accept returns of any body piercing jewellery if we believe the sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with. That does not affect your statutory rights.
