Returns
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the item is returned unworn, undamaged and in new condition. Body piercing jewellery is dispatched in a clear plastic bag, sealed with a tamper proof label allowing the customers to view the item and still use the return policy. We are unable to accept returns of any body piercing jewellery if we believe the sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
